  1. Nice review. I do disagree with him though, there are several Syrian restaurants in the area. I wanted to go there for my wife's Birthday on Saturday night, but we ended up going to Lotus Cafe after driving around to several places.

  2. At Lotus Cafe, was it just you, your wife and your child? What did you have?

  3. Yes it was just me and my wife. We like some of the more Westernized cuisine, so we ordered spring rolls, shrimp fried rice, Kung Pao shrimp and Sesame Chicken.

  4. Sounds good. I wanted t ask you something about the Aleppo review. Is the prohibition on alcohol part of being halal, if you know?

  5. Yes, alcohol is Haram (not allowed). Its a religious restriction. However, all restaurants owned by Muslims do not adhere to this.
