Grass-raised and finished beef is a rarity in most supermarkets. It's more expensive than conventionally raised beef, but it cooks faster and is better for you.   1. I don't know about that. Last time I made grass fed beef it started a brush fire in my kitchen!

  2. Gotta cook grass fed beef at a much lower temp. much less fat. and rare to med rare preferred. best to braise it.
