A good fish story

Whole Foods MarketImage via Wikipedia

I've always been told to choose wild seafood over their cousins raised down on the farm, but Whole Foods Market has adopted standards for farmed seafood that make those fish and shellfish a lot more attractive. I often eat seafood out when I'm not offered naturally raised beef, pork, lamb or poultry.

You can read the whole story here:
'Responsibly farmed seafood'

Whole Story, the Whole Foods Market blog, is now available on my blog list.

  1. So will you now eat farmed salmon from Whole Foods? I personally love the stuff and it's the ONLY store I will EVER eat farmed salmon from!

  2. I'll certainly consider it if wild salmon is not available. Right now, I'm eating frozen wild salmon from Costco and I find steaming it keeps it moist. I've purchased seafood from Whole Foods and it has always been pristine.
